My household goods arrived Thursday evening and I am up to my ears in boxes. So far it's taken all day Saturday to unpack my kitchen. While it's always difficult to move into a new place and get it set up as you want it, it's reassuring to see items like the cookie jar I first saw in my Grandmother's kitchen way back when.
The birds are doing just fine. Cockatiels are known for not handling new well. Move things around and they get upset, however these two are having quite a time exploring all the boxes and all the nooks and crannies. I'm pleased to see that they are doing so well.
