Cheers&Jeers postings

Just for fun I'm going to archive my C&J posts here. Some, heh many, will be rough, but I can't improve if I don't practice. So, if you ever read this blog you may see some improvement, or not.
From Friday December 15, 2006, Bill's first scheduled Friday night C&J.

Friday Nite C&J

Cheers to Bill for bring C&J to Friday evening. Now we can all drink our Rum and Cokes guilt free.

Cheers to promotions. With their flagging audience Fox News thought that using their “star” power may be the way to go. They’re reviewing this one now:
“Stay tuned to Fox News and win your very own voice mail recording by Bill O’Reilly. Imagine the delight of friends and family when Bill answers their call while you’re out looking for terrorists, memorizing the latest talking points or pondering exactly why gay marriage threatens your life. Offer void in San Francisco.”

Cheers to Homeland Security. Automobiles were not included in their recent announcement on trains containing hazardous materials. While DHS believes that a similar plan requiring out of state motorists not to slow down while crossing states where they have no residency has merit, plans for mobile gas stations were scrapped when it was realized that the hoses would have to be really, really long.

Have a great weekend all!
